Qwen is now live on Takkie AI: free until December 31

Qwen is now live on Takkie AI. You can now power your AI customer support chatbot or voice agent with three of Alibaba's Qwen models: Qwen3.8-Max, Qwen3.7-Plus and Qwen3.8-Flash.
The models are hosted on Alibaba Cloud in Frankfurt, Germany. And the best part: until December 31, Qwen models don't use any credits.
Three Qwen models to choose from
Each model suits a different kind of agent. Pick the one that matches your conversations, or try all three.
- Qwen3.8-Max is the most capable of the three. Use it for agents that handle complex questions, follow detailed instructions or run several Actions in one conversation.
- Qwen3.7-Plus balances answer quality and speed. A solid choice for everyday customer support.
- Qwen3.8-Flash is the fastest. Use it for high-volume chat and voice conversations where quick replies matter most.
Hosted in Frankfurt, Germany
All three models run on Alibaba Cloud in Frankfurt. If your customers are in Europe, your agent's replies come from a model hosted in the EU.
Zero credits until December 31
Every reply your agent sends normally uses credits. Basic AI models use 1 credit and advanced models use more. Until December 31, 2026, replies from Qwen models use no credits at all.
That includes:
- Customer conversations in the chat widget on your website
- WhatsApp conversations
- Phone calls
- Every test you run in the Playground
So test as much as you like. Run your real customer questions, tweak your instructions and compare answers without watching your credit balance.
Your agent stays the same
Switching models only changes the model. Your instructions, Skills, Actions and synced knowledge all stay exactly as they are.
Your Qwen-powered agent works on every channel Takkie AI supports: the website widget (chat and voice), WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Phone (beta) and Shopify stores through the official Shopify app.
How to switch to Qwen
- Log in to the Takkie AI dashboard and open your agent's Playground.
- Under Chat model, select Qwen3.8-Max, Qwen3.7-Plus or Qwen3.8-Flash.
- Send a few test messages in the live preview.
- Save your agent. Every channel it's deployed on now uses Qwen.
